1. More than just a Lacrosse Program. Our three main goals are Player Development , Character Development, and Community Service! In our program, we teach our participates to give back to their community. We do this through our community service activities and our fundraising event we participate in every year. Example – Our program has raised $25,000-$45,000 each of the past 10 years at the Shootout for Soldiers.
2. We believe the Life Lessons we can teach our kids are just as if not more important than the Lacrosse Lessons they will learn.

Along with certified professional coaches at every level and our all-inclusive packages we give our players, Recon Lacrosse offers more than a fair amount for our affordable tuition fees. 4. We believe in development at the youth level and we consistently make sure our coaches are focusing on skill development and fundamental aspects of the game. Position Specific Training and Team Training are all offered in our All Inclusive Fee. We also go out of our way to make sure our teams are placed against equal competition in each tournament they participate in.
At the High School Level our coaches will teach advanced concepts of the game. We will place our teams in recruiting tournaments we believe are appropriate for their age and skill level.
Competitive Philosophy - We believe it is beneficial for our players at the Youth & High School Level to play at a high level of competition. Players learn more from competing s against a tougher opponent and being challenged, then they do in a 10 Goal win against a lesser opponent. "IRON SHARPENS IRON"
For our High School Teams we specifically place our teams in highly competitive recruiting tournaments. Our players receive maximum exposure by playing in front of dozens of college coaches in a more competitive recruiting environment.
Online recruiting services are provided to enhance the opportunities of our student athletes. The established relationships with colleges all over the country help us at Recon Lacrosse assist in placing our players in top schools of their choice.
5. Experience – We believe the overall experience you will have with us will last a lifetime. The people of our organization are what make it successful. Without all of the wonderful families and quality kids we have had throughout the years, our organization would not be where it is today.
6. Coaching - All of our coaches are Certified & Experienced College, High School, or Youth Professional Level Coaches to deliver some of the best coaching available. We invest in our Coaches so they can develop your player!
7. Expectations - All players must make a FULL commitment to the Recon Lacrosse team they are selected to participate on. All players must make their absolute best efforts to attend all practices and tournaments. All players are to follow the Recon Lacrosse Code of Conduct. Display honor and respect for coaches, teammates, officials, and the game. All players are prohibited from playing on multiple club programs. All players are required to be properly equipped at all Recon Lacrosse practices and tournaments.
